Binance just launched a free AI tool that turns plain-English instructions into live trading strategies, with 250,000 monthly credits and no coding needed. For traders, it puts automated spot and futures strategies inside the exchange itself — but every live strategy still needs the user's own approval before it can trade.
Key points:
• Binance launched AI Pro on October 19 for building automated trading strategies through simple chat instructions.
• The free Standard plan includes 250,000 monthly credits; Premium costs 19.99 USDC a month with 10 million credits.
• It supports Spot and USDS-M Futures strategies, paper trading and up to 10 strategies at once.
How does Binance AI Pro work?
A trader describes an idea in plain words — which coin to trade, when to buy or sell, and how much risk to take — and the tool turns it into a ready strategy. On desktop, a visual Strategy Canvas shows each step of the plan next to the chat, so users can edit conditions before anything runs; on mobile, changes are made through the chat itself. Binance says users can run up to 10 strategies across paper trading, live trading and signals, subject to regional restrictions.
Safety comes first in the design. New strategies can be tested with paper trading using virtual money, and Binance runs automated code testing before deployment — though historical backtesting is not available at launch. Live strategies run inside isolated sub-accounts that only the user can fund, the AI cannot move money on its own, and any change to a strategy needs fresh approval before it trades again. Binance also warns that AI outputs are not guaranteed and users stay fully responsible for their own losses.

Why does it matter for traders?
Until now, automated trading usually meant coding skills, paid bot services or trusting a third-party platform with exchange access. A free tier built into the world's biggest exchange lowers that barrier sharply: the Standard plan is free with DeepSeek access, while Premium at 19.99 USDC a month raises the allowance to 10 million credits and adds more AI models and credit top-ups. If large numbers of retail traders start running AI-built strategies at the same time, their combined buying and selling could also make short-term price moves faster and sharper.
What happens next?
Traders will watch how many users actually trust an AI with live money, and whether Binance adds backtesting and more trading products, which it says it plans to expand progressively. The tool does not promise profits — it only builds and runs the plan the user describes — so results will depend on the strategy itself and on market conditions. The real test starts now: paper results are easy, live markets are not.
